Hi lovelies! Here's a little throwback from June. I wore a black baju kurung for eid! Raya is not complete without at least one baju kurung! This year I am just addicted to wearing black. I don't know why. Probably because I have worn all the colourful colours for raya except for black. Who says black can't be a happy colour? Just because I am wearing black for a happy occasion doesn't mean I'm mourning! (Says all the aunty2 who complained about it lah not me!) Black stands for sophistication, power, elegance, mystery.

“Black is modest and arrogant at the same time. Black is lazy and easy - but mysterious. But above all black says this: "I don’t bother you - don’t bother me".”

― Yohji Yamamoto

I am wearing The Bell-Shaped Kurung with Sakura Lace in Black by Alia B RM549 From Fashionvalet.com.
I got so many compliments during raya! Honestly I wish I could have everything Alia Bastamam has ever made! My lip colour is Ultra HD Matte Lip Colour by Revlon. Red really goes well with black! I can't think of anything better than matte red lips! Speaking of Revlon, I will be collaborating with Revlon to recreate makeup looks! Stay tuned for that one. It will be out latest by end of this week :) Photos were photographed by Wyluxx! He is the master of playing with lighting effects in photoshoots in my opinion! Check out his facebook page if you don't believe me. If you want those kind of photos, do look for him! Special thanks to Wyluxx & Elicia my art director for the day for helping me out with this shoot! and as usual makeup by me! Makeup used below!
