RM30 Unicorn & Mermaid Makeup Brushes Review

Hello everyone! I woke up extra early today so I decided to blog about my most recent haul! I just got my new makeup brushes from Shopee. I got these 20 pieces Unicorn makeup brushes for RM 19.50 here and mermaid shape makeup brush for RM 5.60 here. The shipping was RM RM5.99. They're both from China. I got these 2 from two completely different sellers because I wanted the exact color of these brushes! but I still did not spend that much at all. Read on to see how these fare.

I'm super in love with the color! gold, bronze and pink! My favourite part is the white and pink tipped brushes! Unfortunately I couldn't get the original info from the unicorn brushes shop. The link seems to be broken. Either that or the seller just took out all of their makeup item from shopee. Hmm..But I remember that they were synthetic brushes!

I'm very happy with the quality of the brushes. Although some of them are lighter in weight than what I imagined, the brushes are not too thin except for the fan brush. But for the price I paid for, all the brushes are decent and honestly what I expected based on the pictures the sellers put up.

I still can't get over how pretty these are! *SQUEALSSS*

Here's the mermaid brush! I really like it! It's super shiny and gold. It's super dense too! The seller also have many other colour options to choose from. Like I seriously want em all! But I have self control hahah.

Overall, I would say these brushes meets my expectations and it's a fun purchase to treat yourself or even to buy others as a gift. I really wish they came out with these type of brushes like 10 years ago though! Back in the day, quality synthetic brushes did not exist. Most of the cheap brushes were really low quality and scratchy! I'm very happy with these brushes. Not only are they pretty but the brushes itself are also sturdy and high quality. I tried to play around with it, pulled it out from the ferulle and nope nothing came out.

I rate both of these brushes 5 stars! It's worth the 30 Ringgit & I can't wait to take more pretty pictures!
